Return Policy

Your Houston Association of Realtors Super Center Store will refund in full, minus shipping, the purchase price of any item you are not satisfied with within 30 days of purchase with original receipt enclosed. After 30 days, or without receipt, we will refund (if in resalable condition) current value* crediting that amount back to your card at our discretion. 

The following items are NOT returnable: Supra Electronic Lock Boxes, Signs-All Shapes, Sizes & Styles, including Sign Riders, Metal or Wire Stakes, & Frames. Computer software, DVD's, Videos, or CD's unless defective and then they will be replaced and shipped to you at no additional shipping charge. A 20% penalty will be assessed to products returned with missing accessories or damaged original packaging, as we can't resell these items as new.

*Current Value means, if the item you have returned after 30 days without a receipt is or has been on sale within the past 6 months, you will be credited the last sale or clearance price charged for that item
